RM 3 Enniskillen Student Demonstration Site Tour
Students are invited to join RM 3 Enniskillen for a hands-on demonstration site tour focused on grassland management, watershed stewardship, and pasture ecosystems. This interactive learning opportunity will provide participants with practical insights into the importance of healthy grasslands and sustainable land management practices.
The tour will feature presentations from the Canadian Forage and Grassland Association (CFGA) and the Lower Souris Watershed Committee, along with a plant identification session and guided pasture tour. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about native and introduced plant species, pasture health, watershed management, and the role grasslands play in supporting both agricultural production and environmental sustainability.
This event is designed to connect students with real-world agricultural and environmental topics through field-based learning and discussion.
