Join NBSCIA for their 47th Annual General Meeting and Technical Workshop, taking place  Mar. 12 to 13 at the Moncton Crowne Plaza Hotel in Moncton, NB. Farmer-oriented presentations will highlight key best management practices to support on-farm nutrient management, developments in technology and farm mapping and innovative sustainable practices to ensure crop and soil resilience in the years to come. In this year’s theme, "Envisioning New Brunswick’s Agri-Food Sector in 2050", we will hear from speakers from industry, banking, research and from a panel of NB farmers on their experiences with the On-Farm Climate Action Fund.

Renowned experts in soil science, precision agriculture, artificial intelligence and agronomy from New Brunswick and across Canada, will join us to speak on research and technologies developed to promote the adoption of these best management practices on farms. Speakers include climatologist David Phillips, FCC’s Director of Innovation Hub Nicole Hayes and Dr. Joseph Sanford of University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Full agenda to come.
